Simply follow the instructions provided out of the box from the scanner that you purchased. Once the scanner is configured to your computer it should be ready to use on the Admin panel!

On the Members page, the first field for checking members in is the QR Code field.

You’re going to want to utilize the instructions provided by your scanner hardware.

You should be able to utilize any label printer with Dance Hubs. Label printers do sometimes require some troubleshooting to get working.

Some label printers that should work include:

• Phomemo-M110 Bluetooth Label Printer ($75)
• Phomemo Label Maker ($69)
• Dymo Label Printer ($300 used by Salsa Heat)

Utilize the setup instructions provided by your label printer to connect to your computer where the Dance Hubs admin panel will be run on.

Once setup, on the admin panel, on the top right of the navigation bar there should be a drop down where you can select the printer to utilize for label printing.

Once the printer is selected in the drop down you can begin check-ing in students and printing their name tag.

You can also test the label printer by using the Cash Student check-in option to print a label directly.

To troubleshoot the label printer, please follow the instructions provided by your label printer hardware.
